share digital scrapbook/photoalbum
I want to make a digital scrapbook with graphics and pictures to burn to a CD and share with my family. My sister owns a Windows machine. How can I create something that can be viewed on her pc? Preferably freeware/shareware, I don't have the funds to shell out for Photoshop or similiar program. Thanks!
